Ver postTurning your brain off and escaping to a space is really really difficult sometimes. I have ADHD and focusing on moment is difficult sometimes. I find wearing my suit helps me avoid thinking about if I sent that email, or changed the laundry over and just enjoy the moment.
Ver postHeadspacing is improv, which isn't easy for everyone. It takes a certain "putting on a character." You can be really intimate and vulnerable with a deeply beloved person, and they are surely so appreciative of your trust that they support you even through any potential "blunders" along the way. 🩵
