  Some days the day to day experience is so juddering it feels less NHS Digital and NHS-X were merged into NHS England and the best of all was fused together, more NHS-E absorbed them and NHS-E just continues as it always has. But that’s institutes innit.

  Mainly. Sort of. Maybe it’s as much about applying those to the organisation not just the services (because this gets overlooked in the rush to better services).
