Show PostSome days the day to day experience is so juddering it feels less NHS Digital and NHS-X were merged into NHS England and the best of all was fused together, more NHS-E absorbed them and NHS-E just continues as it always has. But that’s institutes innit.

@tomski.com I remember seeing a post from you about sharing AI fails. Here’s an interesting summary from RAND. From what I see a lot of root causes are just the same as tech transformation failures. Little on the unique causes specifically around AI. www.rand.org/pubs/researc...
