Oh, I'm extremely introverted! So talking to strangers is very hard for me too! But ever since I started studying woodworking I was put in situations where if I don't speak then no one will, getting out of your own shell is incredibly difficult but worth it!

Ver postThe only advice I can give is go to the doctor, tell them how you feel and how it affects you, they might give you medication and send you to a psychologist/psychiatrist. Things can only get better from there (hopefully).
Ver postThere are so many factors involved that it is extremely difficult to say something that works for everyone. My depression appeared when I was 8 and I'm 31 now, I have only started to do something about it like seven years ago, and I didn't start "living" until two years ago.
