Oh, I'm extremely introverted! So talking to strangers is very hard for me too! But ever since I started studying woodworking I was put in situations where if I don't speak then no one will, getting out of your own shell is incredibly difficult but worth it!

Voir le postThe only advice I can give is go to the doctor, tell them how you feel and how it affects you, they might give you medication and send you to a psychologist/psychiatrist. Things can only get better from there (hopefully).
