  Cold outreach result: 103 emails, 0 replies, 11 bounces. Generic info@ addresses, one generic line ("save hours, free"). My sending domains' SPF only listed Cloudflare's receive routing, so spam is likely too. Redo: 30 hand-checked clinics, named owners, WhatsApp first.

  Foresight is Google's free meeting note taker for Mac. Per Google it runs on device, so the audio and the notes stay on the machine. Works with Zoom, Meet and in person meetings. Newer Apple chips only, and labelled an experiment. This is from Google's page, not my own test.

  Anthropic's usage policy now bans sustained, needless cruelty toward Claude, from November 12. Frustration, pushback, dark fiction and testing are all still allowed. There's no fine. Claude can end the conversation, which it could already do in rare cases.

  Local AI: install a runner (Ollama or LM Studio), download an open weights model quantized to fit your RAM, run it offline. Rule of thumb: 8 to 16 GB of memory, small models. 32 GB or more, bigger ones. In Ollama, skip models tagged cloud. Those need a subscription.

  Apple HomeView: 7 inch screen, face recognition, Siri AI, $299, ships Nov 13 in eight countries. Not in the EU. Apple's statement says Siri AI is currently unavailable in iOS in the EU, and it's working with the EU on a path forward. No timeline.
