Ver postGood. My flat faces East, so I get full sun for most of the day. My blinds & curtains mean I don't use my AC much. The main room remains btw 23C & 26C & my closed-off bedroom is always at least 10 degrees cooler. I do try to open all my windows in the early morning & run the fans to air it out

Ver postIt makes me furious. Any barely affordable house in our village is bought up by people who develop it and make it totally unaffordable. It forces youngsters in the village to move out and damages support systems for the older people.
