Just realized this guy is down the road from me. Dude you're in Amherst! Did you notice the progressive college that just imploded because twelve guys have all the money and now there's no money for education that doesn't churn out tech workers? Turn your head and you will see the Hampshire campus.

This is a great example of "everyone knows about this, you're just 23," so I hope the OP is 23. One of the main things wrong with America is that conservatives *know about the socialist left's vision for education* (and the moderate left's vision) and work relentlessly to stop it at all age levels.

The "socialist Left" has a vision for the content of publicly funded education that dates back centuries, that was discussed by philosophers people still read, that was implemented sufficiently to give a bunch of beet-eating peasants Sputnik, and that still shapes education policy in half the world.
