Any agency in EOP is directly under the president and at their discretion. So no confirmations
Voir le postI’m still confused. The head of any federal agency requires congressional approval. Presidential nomination and congressional confirmation. Even if you bypass creating the agency the way he did the people who run it still have to be approved by Congress.
