Voir le post2025 was the year I consciously decided to stop taking advice, therapy, coaching etc. from people with substantially more advantaged material backgrounds to me. It was a good call. It just doesn’t work. I should have decided sooner. (It also led to challenging work conversations - but hey ho!)

Andrea Egan won promising to raise the expectations of public sector workers. That could well have a big industrial relations impact very soon.
