    Today was a good test of what Garmin has selected as my marathon pace. I think it is optimistic, but…I did manage to feel pretty comfortable reaching for it during my run intervals for 50 minutes. The goal was a running average of a 10:35, which I hovered near when I was running. Jeff’d 9/1 splits.

    New PR by a few seconds, despite some killer hills! I went out too hard, but I didn't really have a measure of where my fitness is at or how to pace roads anymore. No ragurts.
