Do wish there were better, trustable apps, for us to be able to track our usage of these against symptoms (& ADHD), & help researchers like you study more about nuance of what works best when/for what, with what, with what food, for men vs women, old (& peri, then menopause) vs young (teen, 30s) etc

Perhaps it is how the Lavender is taken? Traditionally it was more growing outside the window/door, little bags in clothes (so drawers smelled of it, calming when changing at night for sleep), in baths / salts, perhaps in herbal tea
