Ver postI love this one. The tonal shifts could’ve been handled so badly, but instead it’s masterfully done. I also feel like, in the Doctor’s speech about stories at the end, there’s some meta-commentary about Doctor Who itself. Just a wonderful play. And the perfect (only?) Doctor it could work with.
Ver postI honestly feel like this one would be better if it was three parts instead of four. I think it meanders a bit, and a tightening up would help. I get that all Big Finish Who’s had to be four parts for two CDs, but sticking less strictly to the structure may have helped this one.
