The thing that breaks my heart is the extra - but unacknowledged - effort the undiagnosed dyslexic/autistic etc children need to put in every day, every hour just to more or less keep up. Being recognised as ND can be a huge relief.

Techies need to learn the humility to accept that they don’t know how to “optimize” everyone else’s jobs.
