Post anzeigen"AI can't create new things" is a bad rationalization of a real issue I think. Obviously AI can create new things, it's trivially easy to have AI generate an image that has never existed before for instance. The real question is about the cost of costless creation. What we lose in the process.
Post anzeigenAnd if the argument is that AI creation is purely derivative, well, yeah. So is human creation if you don't believe that the mind is magic. It's thermodynamics really.
