Post anzeigenA walk out beyond Redcliff Point produced a big fat zero in the way of rare Wheatears. 3 each of Dartford Warbler and Cetti's worth a mention plus 2 Reed Bunting. Several Gorse Shieldbug out enjoying the Sun. Mist rolling off the coast into the sea was a fabulous sight, it looked like Snow!
Post anzeigenIt was down to 7C this morning, so 17 species from one trap was quite a surprise. The best was probably the first Red-green Carpet of the autumn, ably demonstrating how it got its name.
