Post anzeigenFar be it from me to make strong predictions, but I do find myself wondering whether ICE over the past 2 years will have the same effect of party-consolidation for Latinos that the 1964 CRA and 1965 VRA had for Black voters. Black voters went back-and-forth between the parties pre-1960s!
