Reform-run North Northamptonshire Council is the latest to propose rescinding the council's climate emergency declaration. The motion will likely pass, as Reform have a majority. Northamptonshire remains in a state of drought following the record-breaking temperatures over the summer.

But if the change results in dramatically different geographies or LGR is cancelled...
