Post anzeigenPalmers was much less ambiguous. You have to project malice onto Dowman to come to the conclusion he was trying to kick him when it is just as likely he was trying to untangle his legs (doubly so given he doesn’t swing his leg back at all).
Post anzeigenI disagree. Dowman’s reaction, while poor, did not rise to the level of a red card. You’re almost never going to get it overturned on those grounds because it’s a judgement call, but the action itself was minimal and punishment extremely harsh.
