I am so incredibly tired of people at BETT and other tech cons talking about ai in education and not ever once discussing governance Or even admitting that LLM etc can be dangerous Just grift all the way down from people whose next scam will be selling books and paper as luxury

MLK was only 39 when he was killed. Growing up, I thought that was old. But I’m 43 now and I’m stunned by the burden he shouldered at such a young age. I’m also a lot more aware of how hard it is, at any age, to carry the hopes and dreams of an oppressed people on your shoulders, as so many do.

Meanwhile in the real world I just used Claude Code to generate a simple report in ABAP (the proprietary language of the SAP ecosystem) and it hallucinated 3 function modules that don’t exist and got the parameters wrong for 2 others.
