Refused to choose between Swordpunk and Confuzzled this weekend so doing both! Will be getting to CFZ Sunday and staying until Tuesday. Being punished for my hubris by a truly fucking Baltic first night camping at Swordpunk. The ice in our cool bag outside the tent is still ice. Kettle won't boil.

It dawned on me as I did a little run this morning that from when I finished the marathon, I've been pleased with my performance. Which sounds minor but, for context, I couldn't even hang onto being pleased with my PhD for more than a day without lurking self recriminations. Is... This healing?

Enjoying the festival but struggling with being in the right headspace. Left earlier than planned Fri and much earlier than I wanted to Sat as I just felt really shaky and overwhelmed, despite the music being great and being surrounded by people I fucking love. So thanks Supreme Court I guess.
