after arcane s2, whenever official riot stuff wants to promote piltover and zaun as regions using characters that canonically live there they avoid using jayce and viktor bc they arent there anymore. this set had all the arcane characters even the npcs like loris to fill out the cities but NO jv

note that jayce has the piltover + transformer trait as well, viktor only has the extra Mage trait. no region. my conspiracy that postcanon jayvik are no longer classified as pz remains and thats why theyre not using survivor jayce here they wanted another piltover unit
