Remember, folks who minimize your pain, spew toxic positivity, rely on spiritual bypassing BS, or give patronizing advice—all of it is cowardice. They can't handle your pain so they'll hide behind empty wisdom & pretend its insight. A supporter will meet your pain & stand with you to face it. #cptsd
