I'm not versed in that particular genre, but romance does sell, so...!

But The Third Martian War and The Traitor's Daughter are just two of the books created for this year's Derby. There are so many other wonderful stories across all sorts of genres, and I'd love for you to discover them too.

Same cover. Same title. Two VERY different imaginations! I was also lucky enough to be invited to read Jack's book in advance, which made this little experiment even more fun!

Me? Well, apparently I can't be trusted with a science-fiction cover without immediately inventing a forbidden enemies-to-lovers romance between a human officer and the last Prince of Mars. 😂❤️

Enter The Third Martian War by fellow Derby author @jack-hollings.bsky.social! 🚀 Now, Jack has written a science-fiction story about an endless war on Mars, a seemingly impossible mission, and the struggle to hold on to memory and identity.
