The new mannequin is a different, more realistic horse. The current set up was kinda jury-rigged in the 90’s and doesn’t fit right, especially on the new horse. Today’s fitting was so we could see what work awaits us when we switch over. Not that much, in the case, but other horses are going to be.

The armor pieces might be restrapped or receive minor mods, mostly cosmetic. The horses are getting entirely new tack though!
