If this is accurate, Elon lied about not having control over Starshield, and he lied about the administration making the decision. More importantly, why is a private citizen even *able* to make decisions that could hinder US military operations?

A European Starling. Not indigenous to the U.S. but were introduced in 1890 in Central Park by Eugene Schiefflin who wanted to populate the park with birds mentioned by Shakespeare in his works. They are mimes. Don't know if the barking heard is a dog, or is the starling mimicking a dog. #birds
