Alberta's referendum vote was never the point. The racist nine questions before it give the UCP their "mandate" to do whatever the fuck they can to hound and scapegoat immigrants and Ottawa anyway. And most people just...fucking didn't bother to keep voting on those? The UCP won this referendum.
