Mel was a dear friend, a loving sister, and a great daughter. Someone who made my and others' lives better. She gave me the name Newt. You could almost say she created me and was me. She made weirdness inspiring and brought out people from behind the mask. She'll be missed.

Certainly by people who actually valued her and never used her as a tool and never walked on anyone. And she certainly wasn't a fan of Michigan, lol, and often said the "only people who go there are dead mall goers and Kpop wannabes afraid of the lobotomy." She hated Belgium for some reason.
