I sat on the floor and held my father while he had a seizure this morning, his third this week. He’s mostly ok now, but I’m not. I’m taking my meds and getting sleep, but I’m super stressed and scared that my psychosis is going to start acting up. Sorry for bummer-posting. Please send prayers/vibes.
