Since moving to Blue Sky I use the app less than I did Twitter, but I think it's overall been healthier as a resuly. I'm not doomscrolling or getting baited every two seconds. It's just a quick in and out. It's easy to forget that this was how it once was before the Twitter Blue Nation attacked.
