Rainy days are here! Today wasn't the worst, it was between a drizzle and light rain, but a jacket was used and it was worth it. Had three long intervals, felt good and in control. Retired my Adidas Adizero SL Evo shoes - they're great for speed, but lacked in longevity. #running #pigtailpower

Sunday long run done! Came up with the route just before leaving the house, so I went for one proper uphill, visiting three local parks and going up and down some short streets - have to admit that the last thing was a bit boring. But the run overall was decent and sunny! #running #pigtailpower

It was cold! But manageable, just utilised a long sleeve zipper thingy and went on the run. The intervals went well, morning chill definitely helped to keep the repeats consistent. Still sunny though and no wind, so it was a great start to the day. #running #pigtailpower
