Our lovely cat, adopted from a rescue a year ago, is being operated on this morning to remove an old airgun pellet from his skull. We had no idea it was there until it caused an infection last week. Very grateful for any fingers you could cross for him.

Not exactly a fair comparison. Cleaner only gets paid for hours worked, no travel time, no holiday pay, have no future earnings growth potential (Doctors get 20%+ more in year 2). Also the narrative isn’t “greedy” it’s please show a bit of understanding. We are trying to fix this but we need time
