Machine made clothing has similar issues: mass produced, made as cheaply as possible, generates tons of waste each year. The difference is that they still need humans to work the sewing machines and create designs, but they’d get rid of them if they could for a larger ROI.

I am irritated. EU is asking for input for reducing the bureaucratic burden on producers in Europe. This could be registering in 1 EU register instead of 27 national ones. They explicitly want to keep up the standards. Just read for yourself. This post is anti-EU and doesn't help nature at all.
