A lot of shops on Etsy do custom ones or you could even go online and buy your own pieces to build your own! I personally like my pacifier with a silicone-filled nipple because it's easier to hold with my teeth (chew toy moment) but the seller deactivated :\ Link: www.etsy.com/listing/1214...
