I don’t think the state should execute people, but in a state as violent and drug addled as this one, there’s also an element of humiliation that we’re so bad at it. Like, you don’t have one drug dealer in prison who knows how to overdose someone?

We’re already illegally buying drugs. We’re already using shady doctors who are violating their Hippocratic oath. We’re already subjecting the inmates to cruel and unusual punishment. The moral and legal lines have all been crossed. Give the job to someone with the knowledge and experience.
