It’s a lot. It’s a heavy weight. And it makes you reconsider everything. There’s absolutely nothing wrong with choosing to exit the white knuckle rollercoaster, even if everything suggests you should be enjoying the experience.

I don’t think my preferred solution would be to “exit”, so much as maybe “slowing the roller coaster down”… though I do know the exit is there, worst comes to worst. I love what I do, but I know it’s okay for me to draw boundaries with what is and isn’t acceptable for me to do at any given moment.
