Depends on what I'm doing. For most of my pieces, I use Clip Studio Paint Pro. But if I'm concepting, I like using Paint. For Sprites I use Aseprite, or I edit them in Paint. Animating is whatever's more convenient. TLDR, I use whatever I can at the moment.
