As a SW at a nursing home, this is exactly the behavior we'd see in our residents with dementia or Alzheimer's. Often there wasn't anyone else present when they were uttering and yelling. It's hard to watch a loved one decompensate. May you all find peace & happy memories.

🫂 So sorry.😞 It’s so difficult. My mother thought my brothers were spying on her, and accused them of awful things. Everything was some big conspiracy against her. When they were actually just trying to care for her, make sure her bills were paid, taken to doctor appt’s. It’s a terrifying disease.
