She has been the preeminent journalist for me for the last 30 years. I will miss her thoroughness, calm, thoughtful, tough yet kind reporting. She's been of the class of Walter Cronkite and early Peter Jennings to me. A sad loss. I'll be going overseas again for my news.

If you’re unclear Amanpour’s exit from CNN after 43 years has to do with the Ellison takeover and her coverage of Israel/Gaza you’re not paying attention. Fascism is taking hold in 🇺🇸, as the Trump-friendly pro-Israel oligarchs buy up the outlets.
