This is the 5th from them I've reviewed. Il Nocciolo was my favorite, I think.
Show PostIGOR Extra Creamy Gorgonzola Soft Italian 🐑🧀 with blue mold. Overly creamy for the style and, without the tart bite of blues, quite mild, letting other blue flavors like metallic come through. I didn't care for it, but it probably pairs well with other foods, letting them shine.
Show PostCastelbelbo from Caseificio dell'Alta Langa Semi-soft Italian 🐄 +🐑+🐐🧀 with bloom rind. Yeasty aroma. Springy texture, oozes slightly at room temperature. Mildly Brie-like, clean and subtle, with grassy notes in the finish.
