Im like so sorry for responding too late but I never really understood the statement that it was overhated since throughout my time I've seen a lot of sonamy that wasnt negative ig you could say the hate is more apparent but I thought that it was always like that, same with the toxic & positive side

& like it's not wrong to like or enjoy sonamy, but there will always be people out there who won't I know that it CAN be written well, I've seen fanworks that do that, it's just that sonamy is not my cup of tea & it will pretty much stay that way bc of its weird reception so yea
