it’s been kinda scary the hostility on this app toward crypto and machine learning. we can have conversations instead of immediately writing off ppl who are familiar with the technology as a threat. it ain’t as black and white as you think. i don’t want to fight i want to feel safe being a nerd here
Show Postyou’re allowed to have problems w/ crypto. you’re allowed to not want to use it. i’ve seen some valid reasons and some reasons that are based on misinformation. it’s early & i dont recommend participation to the general public until it’s safer and easier. but you can learn about its tech & potential
Show Postppl i admire have a lot of misconceptions about how crypto works that fuels reductive opinions about it. it’s sad as a progressive who sees potential for good. ask yourself how much you really know about it or have just been consuming other people’s negative claims & opinions w/out learning about it
