Why is everyone surprised the US lost 23 thousand jobs in July? You have cut tourism in half. Other countries are turning their business elsewhere to avoid tariffs. No one can afford housing, new vehicles etc. Come on. This shouldn’t be a surprise.

That was pretty fascinating, thx. Had no idea about that part (Mongolia+) of the world. Maybe my Prius PHEV will end up there some day. 😏 Side note: My previous car was a Honda Insight—85 mpg new, 62 mpg after 380K miles. Replaced/recycled battery twice. Cat converters finally gave up.

It's a truly great car, but they aren't keeping it up by raising the battery capacity by any meaningful amount, and in the last update the hybrid mpg shockingly went down. Probably an EV next.
