Icing my limbs because turns out waking up at 5-8 pm every day. Not going outside. Drinking only water and no electrolytes for hydration then doing lots of little claw grippy tasks, I’m wrecked. Btw feels like electrolyte supplements have exploded in price lately.

It's not even clients doing it to me! It's myself doing it to me. Oh and the bills and food that have to be paid for always in refresh mode. The amount of time things take vs the unfair expectation I have in my head that more should have been done in that work time so now I have more to do later.
