i cannot be alive without my community. i would not be here through self-preservation. i would not be so bold without community. i am who i am because i know that people, even ones ill never know or meet, support me. During the bleakest moments, the thought of community keeps me going.

i spent less than a day insular to gauge who was the best ppl to talk to. luckily it was my direct bunkmates. the first thing i did was speak against bigotries that insued during in-fighting. From there, it was a matter of explaining the work of activism and why i was in.
