Finally some European countries are going beyond the ritual denouncing of expanding illegal Israeli settlements & are taking action to uphold international law. It is a modest but important step.   While the Trump admin attacks the move, Congress can & must act.

With Friday strike, over 200 people killed by US military in alleged drug boat strikes. Overwhelming consensus of experts, myself included, assess these to be murder because no armed conflict (and war crime if it were armed conflict). 200 killed also raises serious question: crime against humanity

I wrote on Monday about Pete Hegseth and Gen. Francis Donovan ramping up lawless boat strikes, which amount to extrajudicial killing. This week there have been 3 more strikes! Truly out of control. Awful that the US military is doing this and the world barely notices. wapo.st/4tOygA5
