It's kinda like that moment you take ADHD meds for the first time and go... hold up you all live like this. Except having done that this is WAY crazier. Like WTF crazy, god I knew it was bad... but this is wild. Spending week adjusting 🫪👍

And yes that does mean I weirdly did my entire PhD in a mental neurological fire.... was like this all the time.... delusion can make the dreams work 🤣

I didn't quite plan for the no pain bit... which is a weird cognitive dissonance for my poor Audhd brain who had adapted incredibly and is now like... HOLD UP. God it hates transitions. 😳

The pain has stopped... its the first time in 5 years since getting #HemicraniaContinua I'm praying it lasts... But tbh it's really confusing to not be in pain tbh. I'll need some time to remember what its like, which is not what I expected tbh 😵‍💫
