Packing is really hard. After my mother had a double lung transplant, she took a singing class, and did a solo performance of The Elements Song. These were her notes. I had them framed - for everything they represent. They ordinarily sit next to her ashes.

I want to brag. I made this turkey and cheese omelette for my four year old from our quail eggs and she’s gobbling it up. This used 12 eggs because we had too many. She even helped me whisk and open the eggs! Just a lovely moment, and this is a new food for her.
