So sorry, I flipped the direction! I just got so busy and stressed and I hurt my back moving furniture to make things easier for her and stopped eating. It was not healthy. But everyone’s better now!

When people ask me if going vegan was hard (doctor suggestion to help with a medical issue) it wasn’t, as I grew up eating very little meat. more fish we caught.

By that I mean I grew up in a low-meat diet, lots of rice and beans/peas dishes when young as Ingrew up in the developing world. The food is easy to make vegan, and I love it! But I had moved away from it to a more western diet in Ohio.
