I'm the first person to empathize about migraines, but there's no way they shouldn't have been fitting you in today. They could have easily called other customers that had appointments that day to reschedule so they could honor yours considering you have an event so soon.

–hair done for the wedding. The very first thing they should have done is offer the credit when they called to cancel on you the 2nd time at the very least! None of this bullshit in that voicemail.
